Coast Guard Helicopter Visit May 2026

There was great excitement in the school on Friday, 1st May, when the Coast Guard helicopter dropped in for a special visit. Pupils were treated to an engaging presentation and demonstration on the important work of the rescue services, along with valuable reminders about what to do in the event of an emergency.

The children were highly engaged throughout the visit and asked many thoughtful and insightful questions. It was a fantastic learning experience for all involved and helped to deepen their understanding of the vital role played by the emergency services in keeping people safe.
