Coastguard Helicopter Visit 17th May 2022

We had great excitement at the school this morning when the Coastguard Helicopter dropped in for a visit. We were treated to a presentation and a demonstration on the work of the rescue services and given reminders on what to do in case of emergency. The children really engaged with the visit and asked some really thoughtful questions. As a reward for their attention the children go the night off  homework. Each child received a booklet on the “Safety Squad” to peruse and a wristband as a souvenir of the occasion.
