Bhíomar ag ceiliúradh Lá Fhéile Pádraig ar scoil an tseachtain seo caite agus bhain na páistí an-sult as! Ghlac siad páirt i ngníomhaíochtaí éagsúla ar Lá Glas agus i rith na seachtaine chun an ócáid speisialta seo a cheiliúradh.
We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day in school last week and the children had a fantastic time! They took part in a variety of activities on Lá Glas and throughout the week to mark the occasion.
During the week, the children learned about the history of St. Patrick, sang Amhrán na bhFiann, created beautiful themed artwork, and the junior classes enjoyed a céilí.
On our Lá Glas, we held a whole-school assembly where the achievements of all students were celebrated.
On St. Patrick’s Day, our Parents’ Association organised a float to represent the school and took part in the Scariff parade. They were amazing despite the weather and even won an award on the day for the best school group. Comhghairdeachas libh!
