What a difference a few months make. Our garden is now bursting with life!
The tiny seedlings we planted not long ago have grown into strong, healthy plants, producing a variety of fruit and vegetables. Our lettuce is ready for harvest, the tree nursery is developing beautifully, and the tomato, cucumber, corn and potato plants are growing stronger every day. Red cabbage is looking healthy in our raised beds and our wild flowers are bursting into life.
It’s been fantastic to see students getting involved, learning about where food comes from, and experiencing the rewards of their hard work.
